BridgeWorkExchange is the Work & Travel division of Bridge-Linguatec. Headquartered in Denver, CO, Bridge-Linguatec has over 25 years of experience in facilitating cultural exchange programs and is devoted to helping people of all ages and backgrounds reach their goals of international service and learning. We succeed in this by providing programs in language study, teacher training, work and study opportunities, and volunteer placement in amazing locations around the world. BridgeWorkExchange provides employers with qualified international staff for a variety of seasonal employment needs. Through our offices in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, we recruit students from the southern hemisphere for the winter season. For the summer season, we work through a network of established partners in over 20 countries in the northern hemisphere to find students to fill your employment needs. Our team has extensive experience working with international students and the U.S. State Department. Each employer has a dedicated BridgeWorkExchange staff member who will personally assist you in all of your seasonal staffing needs. Full-Service Placement Program: For employers participating in the full-service placement program, BridgeWorkExchange will handle all aspects of the hiring process. Working closely with you, we will recruit, screen, and process all paperwork for your international seasonal employees. Once you select an employee, we will handle all visa paperwork and prepare the employee for life and work in the U.S. prior to their joining your organization.

Full-Service Placement Includes: • BridgeWorkExchange staff dedicated to your organization. • Ability to review all candidate applications online. • Pre-screened and qualified candidates for your final selection. • Qualified international employees who are prepared to work for four months. • Pre-arrival orientation for employees given in-country prior to arrival in the U.S. • Visa paperwork for all international employees completed by BridgeWorkExchange. • Access to BridgeWorkExchange’s 24-hour emergency number in the U.S.

Independent Placement Program: The independent placement program allows international participants to find seasonal jobs in the U.S. on their own. The participant is able to access BridgeWorkExchange’s online job database and to contact the employer directly with his/her application for employment. BridgeWorkExchange still provides immigration paperwork assistance, pre-arrival orientation, and support prior to arrival in the U.S. Should an employer wish to participate in the Independent Placement Program, the employer would simply provide BridgeWorkExchange with general company information and detailed position descriptions.
