A Project Manager / Recruiter works closely with the Bridge-Linguatec sales team and their linguists to match client requests with the best resources.

The PM /Recruiter is primarily responsible for:
• supporting the sales team during the sales cycle
• coordinating the efforts of internal subject matter experts to present solutions for each project
• selecting the best linguist to assign to the project in order to match client’s requests
• proactively recruiting new resources
The PM / Recruiter will have an important operation function, providing the sales team with the details necessary to efficiently assist clients in a timely manner, and by selecting and assigning linguists to projects and effectively managing costs.
The PM / Recruiter is a member of the Translation and Interpretation division. The division is responsible for providing translation and interpretation services to clients by developing solutions that meet client expectations, including cost savings and quality. By analyzing customer requests, the Project Manager will identify the set of skills and experience needed by the linguist to complete the project within the set time frame, with no delay, and with the expected BL quality. Finally, the Project Manager / Recruiter will ensure that there are always sufficient resources available for all languages.

| Experience: |
|
• Minimum of 2+ years in a project management position, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project management, recruiting, customer service and/or
pre-sales consulting
|
| Skill/Ability: |

• Understanding of translation and interpretation operational processes
• Understanding of customers' technical and business needs
